Royal Dragon Vodka

Vodka Emporium introduces Royal Dragon Vodka

I think its fair to say that Royal Dragon Imperial Vodka will be the most premium vodka we add to our Vodka portfolio in the first quarter of 2013.
Royal Dragon Imperial
Royal Dragon has been gaining a fine reputation in the top end bars in Hong Kong and is listed in over 90 top locations. To add to this, you will struggle not to notice it in the travel lounges in the Far East either with over 200 listings already. Needless to say we have grabbed the opportunity to stock this vodka with both hands!

We will be listing the Royal Dragon Imperial Vodka to start with and if sucessful in 2013 we will no doubt add to the range.

Below are a few tit bits on Royal Dragon:

This is superior craftsmanship in all its elements. An award winning Vodka and a true masterpiece on its own. The superior taste and the exclusive hand-blown bottle, including a masterly sculpted dragon running within the bottle, defines Royal Dragon Imperial Vodka as the ultimate temptation.

To celebrate its exclusive taste, Royal Dragon Imperial Vodka is infused with the highest quality edible 23 carat gold leaves from Switzerland; the finest choice for those who like to enjoy an unmatched level of perfection.

Vodka Emporium launches first retail store

The Wine Company & Vodka Emporium shopThis week marked an exciting new development for the Vodka Emporium, when we opened our first retail shop in our home town of Colchester. For more information, please read our press release:

In partnership with The Wine Company on Gosbecks Road in Colchester, Vodka Emporium will be showcasing their range of premium vodka and other spirits on the shelf for the first time.

Created by Emporium Drinks Limited in 2006, Vodka Emporium is the company’s retail brand, traditionally operating online at www.vodkaemporium.com, however this partnership with The Wine Company heralds an exciting new development in the history of the Colchester-based business.

Founded by entrepreneur, Chris Hayter, Vodka Emporium was born from a passion for premium drinks, combined with the problem of having nowhere to buy them! Hayter explained “Back in 2006, new premium drinks brands were entering the mainstream market, and were available in selected top-end bars and clubs. Unfortunately, retailers were slow to pick up on this, meaning discerning spirits fans could not then purchase a bottle of the drink they had tried whilst out clubbing for their drinks cabinet at home. Coupled with that, the financial crisis that swept the country meant ‘staying in, was the new going out’ and we identified that customers would prefer to buy something a little more special than your typical supermarket big brand spirit for drinking at home. That’s where we got the idea to set up the Vodka Emporium.”

“We launched our first website in 2008 and haven’t looked back since. We’re now supplying customers from all parts of theUKas well as to on-trade establishments such as bars, clubs and bistro’s too.”

“Our partnership with The Wine Company is the next step for us and the timing is important too, providing customers with the opportunity to call in and discuss our range and help them choose a bottle that will suit their tastes or buy a gift for a friend this Christmas.”

“Working with The Wine Company is a perfect match for us too. We are both thriving Colchester-based independent businesses and feel that by working together provide our customers with a complete range or drinks to choose from, including fine wine and champagne to premium gin, vodka and whisky. We’ve always had great support from theColchester public and opening our first shop in the town is a proud day for the company.”

Vodka Emporium plan to host various special events at The Wine Company in the lead up to Christmas, including tasting sessions by some of the leading British spirit brands, including Adnams, Chase Distillery, Sipsmith and The English Spirit Company. To find out more about these events, call in to the store or check the websites; www.thewinecompany.co.uk or www.vodkaemporium.com.

The Wine Company and the Vodka Emporium shop is open at Gosbecks Road, Colchester Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm.
